About Us

Alsum Farms & Produce, Inc., is a grower, packer and shipper of Healthy Grown Wisconsin Potatoes, a re-packer of onions, and a wholesale distributor of a full line of 300 fresh fruits and vegetables. We offer Wisconsin-grown onions, asparagus, cabbage, celery, sweet corn, squash, apples, pumpkins, and other assorted fruits and vegetables when in season. Alsum Farms grows 3,000 acres of fresh market potatoes including russet, red, golden, white, purple and fingerling potatoes and pumpkins.

Alsum Farms & Produce has two generations working together farming more than 3,000 acres of Healthy Grown potatoes in the lower Wisconsin River Valley in Arena and Grand Marsh, Wis. As a vertically integrated farm, packing facility and logistics organization - Alsum Farms, Alsum Farms & Produce and Alsum Transport, works together growing, packing, and delivering fresh, Wisconsin Healthy Grown ® Certified Alsum potatoes, onions and produce. Alsum Farms & Produce, Inc. was founded in 1973 and for more than 50 years has been providing quality potatoes, onions and fresh produce that has graced the dinner tables of American homes.
