Silver Spring Foods, Inc. is a family-owned food manufacturer based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, best known for its leadership in the horseradish and specialty condiment category.
Founded in 1929 by Ellis Huntsinger, the company has grown from a small, local operation into the world’s largest grower and processor of horseradish. Silver Spring Foods produces a wide range of high-quality condiments, including prepared horseradish, mustards, sauces, and other specialty products sold under its flagship Silver Spring brand, as well as Kelchner’s and Bookbinder’s.
