Power Up Teacher Training

Get Power Up Certified! We are excited to announce that Dragonfly’s Power Up class is now available for teacher training. Once certified, instructors will be able to teach this class! You do not need to be a fitness instructor to attend, but a regular fitness regimen is strongly encouraged. What is Power Up? Power Up is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class that welcomes all levels. Power Up is a complete body workout that alternates strength training exercises with aerobic exercises to give you two workouts in one. This class focuses on form and is rooted in scientifically proven fitness methodology. Includes: 1 day training Training Manual Certificate of Completion 0.8 ACE CEC’s available for this training Upon completion of training, you will have the tools that you need to start teaching Power Up with confidence, knowledge, and strength! You will not only learn how to perform correctly a wide variety of exercises, you will learn formats on how to structure a class, and how to find your teaching voice.
