Madison Jazz Society End-of-Year Membership Party, Jam & Concert with Sweet Sheiks

The Madison Jazz Society End-of-Year Membership Party, Jam & Concert is Saturday, May 4 (not Sunday) at Café Coda, 1224 Williamson St, Madison (street parking — but pretty easy to find on Saturdays during the afternoon). Here’s the schedule for the day: 1-3 PM — Madison Jazz Jam & Student Showcase 3:30-4:45 PM — Set by Sweet Sheiks 4:45-5:15 PM — MJS Member Meeting 5:15-6:45 PM — Set by Sweet Sheiks Yes, you’re reading it correctly!! The wonderful Sweet Sheiks from Milwaukee will be performing at this free event!! The Sheiks performed at an MJS concert a couple years ago and they were very impressive!! You won’t want to miss this.
